F77_LOCAL_BLKCNT(L_BLKCNT, ARRAY, DIM, PROC)

Description.         This is a FORTRAN 77-callable version of the HPF_LOCAL function LOCAL_BLKCNT.

Arguments.

L_BLKCNT             is an ``inquiry result'' of type integer.

PROC                     is a scalar integer of default kind. It must be a valid processor number or,
                             if PROC = -1, the value returned by F77_MY_PROCESSOR() is implied.
