A distributee that appears in a REDISTRIBUTE directive must have the DYNAMIC attribute (see Section 8.5).
A distributee in a REDISTRIBUTE directive may not appear as an alignee in an ALIGN or REALIGN directive.
Neither the dist-format-clause nor the dist-target in a REDISTRIBUTE directive may begin with ``*''.
