H803 realign-directive is REALIGN alignee align-directive-stuff
or REALIGN align-attribute-stuff :: alignee-list

Any alignee that appears in a REALIGN directive must have the DYNAMIC attribute (see Section 8.5).
If the align-target specified in the align-with-clause has the DYNAMIC attribute, then each alignee must also have the DYNAMIC attribute.
An alignee in a REALIGN directive may not appear as a distributee in a
DISTRIBUTE or REDISTRIBUTE directive.
