Principal Contact Person and Organization (including e-mail address):
Philip LoCascio,i15@ornl.gov
Brief Description of Application:
Henderson-Plischke Mixtures,Inhomegenous Fluid(Ornstein-Zernicker) Integral Equation.
Number of Lines of Code: 5700
Target Platforms and HPF Compilers Used:
Intel Paragon(pghpf), SP2(xlhpf).
Coding Styles (data decompositions, computational methods):
block decomp in 3D for Triangular arrays. Transpose used extensively due to very low efficiency matmul intrinsic.
Performance Information, if Available (including any possible comparisons to MPI and/or OpenMP):
Scales nicely to 300 nodes, according to decomposition.
Please comment on any aspects of the application that might be interesting, including any problems using HPF effectively:
If able to align data correctly, scaling performance can be very good. However, this is not always a simple affair, since relative metrics on decompositions are not always available.
